Electrostatic Powder Coating
Powder coating product is used to protect against corrosion during manufacturing. Because we attach great importance to electrostatic powder coating, we produce high quality products using infrared infrared powder coating oven which is the newest product in the world.
The most important factor when it comes to powder coating is its quality; It has excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, chemical effects and impacts, and is of great importance for visuality.
It has a wide range of application areas ranging from automotive to construction sections, from white goods to bicycle industry. In addition, all kinds of aluminum sheets, steel door panels, elevator systems and all kinds of metal materials are places where powder paint is used.
The metal surface painted with powder paint is baked with 180-200 degrees of high temperature to cure the paint and as a result it becomes part of the metal.
The electrostatic powder paint, which is the only environmental product of our day, proves this with the result that 98% of the amount of paint used during application can be attached to metal.

Main Advantages of Electrostatic Powder Coating
The main advantages of electrostatic powder coating are:
- corrosion resistant;
- impact resistant;
- can not be scratched easily;
- long life;
- oxygen proof;
- visualization affect;
- ease of maintenance;
- environmentally friendly;
- provides a superior quality coating;
- economic;
- different types and colors can be applied;
- non-metallic parts may also be coated;
- parts can be processed after coating with powder coating.
Types of Powder Coating
Electrostatic Powder Coatings are divided into two groups: thermoplastic and thermoset. The difference between these two powder coatings can be explained in such a way: when you apply once thermoset coating to the material (ex. steel) in future you can not apply powdercoating again, but speaking about thermoplastic powder there is a difference, it is possible to powder coat material again and again because of physicochemical structure of paint. Teknikel Pano uses the latest technology in powder coating processes, and thanks to infrared homogenous curing oven, we can easily dye your product without creating tons of differences.
