We are making production with CNC PUNCH sheet metal processing machine.
Along with changing and developing technology, sheet metal processing machines are developed in a way that makes our needs more serial and more precise. Computer-aided control units are the most important factor.
Series, quality and precision are the most important factors in our production. The machine can handle up to 58 molds, which can handle the capacity 1250×2500 at one time. In the CNC PUNCH machine, the metal part moves on 2 axes (X-Y), the molded part of the fixed metal plate is moving. There are two servo motors that move the plate in these axes. The speed of movement in the axes is accurate, that is why we have achieved a successful result in production. There are two holders that hold the sheet metal, which allows the clamp to be held on the machine in the desired position.
